1. Location

1. The shoot will be completed in the comfort of your own home or at a pre-agreed location.
2. The home or location must be within 15 minutes drive or 15 miles (which ever is the smaller) from our studio. Extra time and mileage will be charged at the standard 360 Media Studio rates if outside this area. Extra charges will be agreed before the shoot is confirmed.

2. Number of People

1. These packages are designed around a maximum of 5 people (including pets) of the same immediate family. Extra people or pets are charged at £10 per person (must be immediate family). If you wish to include another family immediately after your session in the same location we will be happy to book them in. They must purchase the minimum of a Halloween Mini Portrait Creation and as a thank you we will add a free 7x5 to yours and their package.

3. Payment

1. Payment must be made before the booking is confirmed.
2. 360 Media Studio accepts credit, debit cards and PayPal.

4. Termination & Unforeseen Circumstances

1. In the unlikely event 360 Media Studio or you the client need to postpone due to unforeseen circumstances, a reshoot will occur as soon as is practically possible at no extra charge.
2. If the change of date makes the production of the presentations to late for Halloween delivery, 360 Media Studio will not be held liable and the order will be sent at the earliest opportunity.
3. If 360 Media Studio are unable to attend before the Halloween cut off date due to unforeseen circumstances you will be offered a full refund or the paid amount will be held in credit for 3 calendar months towards another shoot/package.
4. If you the client Cancel the booking the following charges will be incurred:
   Over 14 days written notice - No charge full refund, Option to rebook another date and hold the amount paid in credit for 3 months.
   Under 14 days written notice - 25% of amount paid will be charged. 75% will be added as credit to your account for another session date within 3 months of cancellation.
   After 3 months if another session is not booked then the credit will be taken as a cancellation fee.

5. Parking and Access

1. Due to the equipment being moved it is the clients responsibility to provide adequate parking and access for the photographer.
2. You the client grant 360 Media Studio full access rights to the booked location.

6. No Show

1. If there is a delay in meeting the allotted time 360 media Studio will contact you and give you an estimated time of arrival. If this delay is too long and the client can no longer make the time slot. 360 Media Studio will arrange a new shoot time.
2. If the client is delayed, it is their obligation to inform 360 Media Studio. 360 Media Studio will wait at the home/location for 15 minutes and if there is still no communication then this will be accepted as a cancellation by the client.

7. Client Cameras

1. Clients or anyone else are not permitted to use their own camera during the session.

8. Health and Safety

1. As the client you share with us your health and safety. Parents and guardians are obligated to monitor and supervise children at all times, 360 Media Studio can not be held liable for issues outside their control.

9. Limitation of Session/Shoot

1. Due to time limitations of this package 360 Media Studio will endeavour to meet your requirements with poses but there is no guarantee.

10. Post Production

1. 360 Media Studio will hand edit the images to maximise the presentation.
2. Requests for further editing are welcome however this service will be chargeable.
3. Delivery of the presentations can take up to 21 days and is dependant on 3rd party labs.
4. Some cropping may occur to fit into the presentations.

11. Upgrades and Orders

1. All upgrades and extra orders must be made at the 1st viewing after the session.
2. An on-line gallery will be available after the 1st viewing for family and relatives. This gallery will be available for 1 month after the 1st viewing date.
3. Orders will only be placed when the the full payments have been made and cleared.
4. 360 Media Studio endeavour to provide the best products and as described. However 360 Media Studio reserve the right to change the product if required to maintain the high standards. You the client will be consulted and informed if this occurs.
5. 360 Media Studio will endeavour to provide the images as seen by the client in the final presentation. However the production process may vary slightly and give a slightly different result. This is part of the process and 360 Media Studio and it's suppliers can not be help liable for this. No refunds or exchanges will be given unless it is a total fault.

12. Copyright

360 Media Studio own full copyright of these images. If you wish to purchase and electronic copy of the image a separate licence to use the image is available at current rates.
